Manor and Mill provided their services and they more than exceeded my expectations. I needed to sell my house quickly due to an offer that I had made on another property. Paul was very flexible with times that suited us to call over to take the necessary photos. He made suggestions for what was important to have ready for the photo day. On arrival he arranged some furniture etc to best show the house. He also had a drone to gain some perspective of the property. The photos were of the highest standard I've seen on property pal even with all the trawling I've done over the years. Philip was the front man for me. He was great to communicate with. Phone calls and e mail etc. He kept me up to speed with the sales process and was more than accomodating when it came to viewings considering both my schedule and those of the viewers. Philip is such a genuine person and it was a huge relief to have someone like that on my side in what turned out to be a very stressful and long process. Philip secured several offers for our property. Not without its own complications. But his clear communications kept everyone involved reassured of the goings on. My purchase caused many problems. I agreed to buy my new property at a time of market turmoil....the mini budget was announced which resulted in a huge hike of the mortgage interest rates. Among other issues when buying a property with land attached. Without Philip fighting our corner I believe we would have lost our sale due to the length of time the purchase was taking and the chain would have came crashing down and I would have not have been able to buy the house I'm currently in. I can't thank Manor and Mill more for all their hard work and dedication.
They are a stand out team.
